What does it cost?
The first month is free, and you do not have to decide anything during it. After that it is a monthly subscription with no setup fee and no contract — you cancel from the app whenever you want, and nothing you built disappears.
Do I need to buy anything?
No. A phone or a tablet with the app on it, and a QR code by the till. No scanner, no terminal, no card printing — the whole hardware list is a thing you already own.
What if my customers do not have the app?
They install it free at the counter in a few seconds, and your card is the first thing in it. After that it is one scan a visit — and they can see how close the reward is without asking anyone.
Will my staff have to learn something?
They scan a QR code. That is the job. Each of them gets their own access rather than a shared password, so you can add somebody the day they start and revoke them the day they leave.
Can I change the reward later?
Any time, from your phone. Edit the rule, run a coffee card and a lunch card side by side, put an expiry on one, or retire it this afternoon. Nothing is printed, so nothing is wasted when you change your mind.
